Batuhan Patti, the Culinary Director at Billionaire, specializes in Italian-Mediterranean cuisine. His culinary journey began in Italy, where he trained under the guidance of renowned chef Sergio Mei. With a wealth of experience under his belt, Batuhan held executive chef positions at various prestigious 5 stars hotels.
Batuhan’s expertise extends beyond the kitchen as he has made appearances on television, serving as a judge on “MasterChef” and hosting his own cooking and travel show. Additionally, he has shared his knowledge as a teacher at Yeditepe University’s Gastronomy Department.
In 2015, Batuhan joined Billionaire Dubai as the Head Chef, and today, he oversees food operations across multiple locations Billionaire Porto Cervo and Sporting Monte-Carlo.
